The Park Tool 769 Reamer Extension is designed for use with the HTR-1 Head Tube Reaming and Facing Set to extend the reaming depth of compatible head tube reamers by 27mm from the head tube face. It is intended for bicycle frames using headset standards with deep insertion cups, including applications such as Chris King SteelSet headsets.

This extension is used with 1", 1-1/8", and 1-1/4" headset standards and is a useful shop tool for frame prep when additional reaming depth is required.
