The Trek Knock Block Headset (1-1/8" to 1.8") is a complete replacement headset system designed for
Trek frames equipped with the Knock Block steering stop. It includes precision 42E cartridge bearings,
a 67° AL7075 alloy top cap with anodized black finish, compression spacer, crown race, and a frame chip
with locating pin holes and bolt. This version does not include the Knock Block stop chip,
making it ideal for riders who already have one installed or who don’t require it. Engineered for smooth
steering and frame protection, it’s built to keep your cockpit performing at its best.
