All Bontrager carbon wheels are warrantied for life for the original purchaser and come with the added protection of Carbon Care. If you structurally damage your wheels while riding in the first two years of ownership, we'll replace them. It’s that easy.

The next generation of carbon manufacturing – OCLV NEXT thermoplastic carbon material replaces brittle toxic epoxies with tougher plastic polymers that are easier and greener to manufacture while making a stronger wheel that helps to absorb vibrations for a smoother, faster, and overall more durable ride.

Wider, smoother, faster

The 25mm internal width offers better tire support for wider road and gravel tires and increases overall tire volume. The additional volume lets you run lower pressures for added comfort and traction, which can also be faster rolling for many road conditions.

Rapid Drive 108 Road

A splined drive ring that offers 108 points of engagement means quicker accelerations and a more precise feel for confidence, control, and reliability on any ride.

Lighter on the planet

Unlike traditional thermoset carbon fiber, OCLV NEXT carbon fiber is 100% recyclable. It also doesn't require additional sanding or deburring which helps reduce up to 95% VOC and carbon dust emissions associated with a more traditional carbon rim finishing processes. By manufacturing the rims in the USA, we are able to reduce our logistical carbon footprint, too.

OCLV NEXT rims are manufactured with a laser machined mold that produces a final product exactly as it's made. The authentic aesthetic not only looks amazing but also helps save weight without the need for added paint or decals. This helps reduce up to 95% of the VOC and carbon dust emissions associated with more traditional carbon rim finishing processes.

Aerodynamically optimized

Aeolus Pro wheels have been designed and optimzed for 700x28c tires. So much so, that Aeolus Pro 49V is actually faster than the deeper Aeolus RSL 51 wheel with the same tires.
