• If the rear derailleur cable is routed internally through the chainstay and exits above or behind the axle, you will need to use the inline ferrule
• Some chainring and cassette combinations benefit from a GoatLink
• Always follow the derailleur manufacturer’s published total tooth capacity limits
• 1.1mm shift cable is recommended, and using a new cable is advised
