Lifelong cyclist and pro mechanic here. For my own bikes, I haven't used a presta valve in ten years. Presta is inferior to Schrader with tubeless setups for numerous reasons that I won't go into detail here. As soon as I build a new wheel, the first thing I do is drill the rim out with a 21/64" (8.3 mm) bit to accept Schrader. I've tried many of the knockoff tubeless Schrader valves, and they either leak or have the flimsy O ring washer get deformed (or both). I just wish the Stan's valves were a few mm longer, and the nut had wrench flats on it.
