With a simplified fork design, wider fit range, and easier setup compared to the original IA, the IAx maintains proven race-day speed while improving practicality and adjustability for modern triathletes.
Built from UHC Advanced carbon fiber with TeXtreme reinforcement, the IAx delivers the stiffness, stability, and comfort required for long-course racing. Its aero shaping is the result of extensive CFD work, wind tunnel validation, and real-world testing to ensure consistent performance in straight-line speed and crosswind stability.
This build features the Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-speed electronic drivetrain for precise shifting under load, paired with TRP hydraulic disc brakes for consistent braking control. Reynolds AR58/62 carbon wheels offer a fast, stable ride with deep aero profiles and tubeless-ready versatility. Continental Grand Prix SL tires round out a race-focused rolling package built for speed and efficiency.
The IAx also includes triathlon-specific features such as CALpac 2.0 top tube storage, the BTSpac rear storage box, an adjustable Devox aero cockpit, and the ISM PS1.0 saddle for comfort and support during extended time in the aero position.
