• Taraxagum by Continental is the first serial bicycle tire made from dandelion rubber. The project is embedded in a comprehensive sustainability strategy, covering economic, ecological and social aspects. Through significantly shorter distances from the fields and European tire plants, Taraxagum is intended to reduce efforts in logistics and transport while using resources more efficiently
• Vectran Breaker is spun from liquid crystal-polymer to create a multiple-thread thermoplastic yarn. This partially crystalline fabric is more cut-resistant than aramid and its tensile strength is five times higher than that of steel. A Vectran Breaker is lighter, more flexible and effective against cuts than a comparable nylon breaker, without affecting rolling resistance
• Reflective sidewall stripe for added visibility
